I grew up in the downtown area of Gary, Indiana. My dad is a pastor. I try to embrace anything good that comes into Gary. One day I hope that things can become good again. I hope that Gary will not be a city that people naturally want to avoid. I am a RailCats Fan; I can see the stadium lights from my parent's kitchen. Fireworks Fridays are viewable from the backyard. I am also a Steelheads fan and I hope that they stick around. I wish that the city would do at least a few renovations to Gilroy stadium seeing as how they still use it and there is a Semi-pro football team that plays there.

I hope to work as a police officer in Gary for part of my life, but I want to run an electrical contracting company in the long run. My dream is to be able to one day bring somthing into the city that will benefit it.

I am currently a business major at Dallas Christian College, though I plan on returning to Gary when I finish. I then want to take some classes at IUN along with some mechanical and electrical training from IVY Tech.

Frankly, who knows what will happen? I sure don't. I just hope that something good will come.
